Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread.

Quality: We only use Madeira threads which are renowned for their durability, strength and vibrant colours.

Care: We have in-house Melco EMT16 embroidery machines that deliver the highest quality.

Colour limitations: A design may have up to 16 different colours, and cannot feature fountain-fills or gradients.

We offer two types of garment print:

Rolls of vinyl material are fed into a print and cut machine, before being weeded out by hand.

Quality: We use premium quality clothing vinyl that won’t peel, crack, or fade if cared for properly.

Care: We print all of our vinyl garments in-house with semi-automatic heat presses.

Ink is rolled over a custom blocking stencil, which is then dried. The ink is applied directly to the garment.

Minimum order: There is a minimum order of 50 items for screen print.

Quality: High-quality ink is used meaning the colours stay vibrant.

Care: All of our screen-printed items are quality checked by our expert team.
